I'm Jess — also known as SPYcegirl and The Jess of All Trades. I didn't stumble into trading. I built my way in. I hold an MBA from the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a B.S. in Business Marketing and Communications from UNC-Greensboro. With that foundation and a mentor who took me seriously over seven years ago, I learned the markets the right way: with structure, discipline, and real skin in the game.

No blueprint was handed to me. I built this from scratch. No shortcuts, no overnight wins. Just years of studying charts, managing losses, understanding market psychology, and developing a trade plan I could actually own and repeat.

Today I trade options, SPX/SPY, futures, and swing setups — and I teach others to do the same. Not just the technicals, but the mindset, the discipline, and the psychology that separates traders who last from those who don't.
